Common questions

Why can't I connect a repository? An owner or admin must first approve the access request and record the client's authorization. Then the Connect button appears under Repositories.

Which code hosts are supported? GitHub and GitHub Enterprise, GitLab (cloud and self-managed), Bitbucket, GitBucket, Gitea/Forgejo, Azure DevOps (including Visual Studio Team Services and Azure DevOps Server/TFS) and AWS CodeCommit.

How do I remove access? Repositories → Active connections → Revoke. The credential and imported snapshots are deleted immediately.

Delete your account or workspace

You can delete your data yourself, on the web or in the iOS and Android apps:

  1. Sign in to CTOScore.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Delete workspace (owners) or Delete account (other members), choose Delete, enter your password and type DELETE.

What is deleted: a member's deletion removes their login immediately. An owner's deletion removes the whole workspace immediately: users, clients and contacts, events, notes, assessments, repository connections and stored credentials, imported code snapshots, the audit log and billing records held by CTOScore. Any CTOScore subscription is cancelled. Nothing is kept afterwards except records Stripe must keep for tax and accounting.

Can't sign in? Email support@ctoscore.com from the address on the account and we will delete it within 30 days.
